A restaurant focused on regional Indian cuisine, Ela’s menu is designed to be shared and consists of a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free options. Ela in the Sanskrit language translates to cardamom, one of Chef Pushkar’s favorite spices to cook with and present throughout many of the dishes. The unique part of the menu is the focus on thali, an Indian-style dinner composed of a variety of dishes served on a large plate. Explore and enjoy.
Ela Curry & Cocktails showcases refined and culturally-focused cuisine from across India in a dynamic selection of street food and fresh, daring Indian dishes. The second concept from Flavor Builders Pushkar Marathe and Andy Dugard, Ela’s menu draws on Chef Marathe’s experiences growing up in India and inspirations from family and friends, most significantly the traditional cooking of his mother and family. Our goal is to transport diners to India through traditional aromas and flavors, presentation, and style of eating.
