    PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGE

To update the Club Membership Structure and Pricing.

preliminary Discusson took place at the april general meeting and further discussion will be held at the membership picnic. Absentee voting ON THIS PROPOSED CHANGE will take place immediately after the picnic and in person voting will be held at the may general membership meeting.

The Board of Directors recently voted and we are recommending an amendment to our membership structure to move toward an all-individual model.

Currently, our operations—including travel bookings, accounting, and record-keeping—are managed on an individual basis rather than by family units. Moving to a single "Individual Membership" will help us maintain more accurate records and streamline the registration process on our website.

IF THE BYLAW REVISION PASSES: Under this new structure, the Individual Membership will be $40. This is a reduction from the current $50 "Single" rate, while omitting the "Family" membership altogether.

Until (and unless) this bylaw revision passes, Single Memberships remain at $50 and Family Memberships remain at $75.

We believe this change will simplify our administration and provide better value for our members.

    important notice:

our general meetings will take place the third thursday  of each month

This change will start this May. The May General Meeting will take place on May 21, 2026. Hope to see you then!

    Where Summer Goes to Freeze
While the rest of the world swelters, the Andes are calling. Step off the grid and into the heart of Mendoza, Argentina, where winter is just getting started.

    • Conquer the Legendary Marte: Access world-famous, lift-served backcountry that puts your skills to the ultimate test.
    • Massive Vertical, No Limits: Experience a 3,904-foot vertical drop—one of the largest in the world—surrounded by the jagged beauty of the high Andes.
    • Powder by Day, Party by Night: Carve through "white gold" under the South American sun, then head to UFO Point for an après-ski scene that doesn't stop until dawn.
    • The World’s Highest Casino: When the lifts close, the action stays high. Place your bets at the Hotel Piscis, home to the highest-altitude casino on the planet.
